Since 1974, the William Way Community Center has sought to engage and support the diverse LGBTQIA+ communities in the greater Philadelphia area through arts & culture, empowerment, and community connections.

One of the many services that William Way provides, is housing and curating a decades deep archive of artwork, photos, articles, and ephemera that have marked our queer existence in our city. For this year’s calendar, we wanted to put feature a few select pieces from that collection to celebrate our history, while looking forward to our future.

Mission is so proud to have such love around our restaurant, and we were so thrilled to work with Richmond Tan from Souvenir who helped us style everything from start to finish, and Neal Santos who snapped all these glamour shots for us.

We hope this calendar brings joy, inspiration, and a healthy appetite for community and tacos in your 2023.
